As a passionate general practitioner, I welcome you with pleasure from Monday to Friday at the Espace Médical Waterloo. Visits at home or in a nursing home are possible (if it is difficult to travel). I am and will remain a member of the medical profession. A general practitioner is able to treat 95% of patients' complaints but will not hesitate, if necessary, to refer you to a specialist (cardiologist, pediatrician,...) while continuing to be your health reference person. Most of the time, we go to our family doctor because we are sick and would like to be relieved or cured. However, an essential part of our mission as general practitioners is also to keep you healthy! We all know the old adage: "prevention is better than cure". In the medical world, we call this "prevention". We start by making sure that you are up to date on your vaccinations and any screening that may be required (e.g. breast, colon or prostate cancer). Solutions will be found together so that you can live the healthiest life possible by addressing topics such as a balanced diet, smoking and alcohol cessation, and sports activities. Prevention can be found in a multitude of other forms that depend on each patient: contraception, risks related to the presence of pesticides and endocrine disruptors, maintaining the elderly at home, ... Another important aspect of prevention is that I am continually training in medicine to ensure the rational use of drugs and medical imaging. Finally, I attach great importance to the patient being an actor of his health. Indeed, a patient who is well informed about his disease and his treatments will take better care of himself. Au Centre Médical Liverpool, le Dr Meryem Kanfaoui accueille enfants et adultes dans une approche bienveillante, humaine et centrée sur l’écoute. Chaque consultation est un moment d’échange où le patient est pris en charge dans sa globalité, avec douceur, respect et professionnalisme. L’objectif est d’offrir un suivi médical personnalisé, adapté aux besoins de chacun, que ce soit pour la prévention, le suivi de santé ou les consultations du quotidien.

L’équipe médicale comprend également le Dr Jean-Marc Lenieregue, médecin généraliste, permettant d’assurer une continuité des soins et un accompagnement rassurant pour les patients.

Le centre travaille actuellement en collaboration avec des kinésithérapeutes afin de proposer une prise en charge coordonnée et complète. Dans une volonté d’évolution et d’accompagnement global, l’équipe prévoit prochainement d’accueillir d’autres professionnels de santé, notamment en psychologie et en logopédie.

Dr. Mambueni Malonga Patience is a general practitioner, she practices the rates of the medical-mutualist convention. She treats all kinds of patients, from infants to the elderly. The general practice is open to everyone. The opening hours can be adapted according to your activity. The doctor is a trainee and therefore works with the assistants. The doctor participates in the Brussels on-call service (taking charge of nights, holidays and weekends).

I will be absent from 02/24 to 03/02 inclusive. My colleague Dr Raphael Nardone will be available if necessary. Dr. Jungers G.

Diplômée en médecine générale de l’Université catholique de Louvain, je prends en charge avec attention les enfants, les adultes et les personnes âgées.

Mon parcours aux urgences pédiatriques, en maison médicale au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire, ainsi qu’en maison de repos et de soins, m’a permis de développer une approche de la médecine à la fois rigoureuse, globale et humaine.

Je veille à proposer à chaque patient une prise en charge personnalisée et adaptée à ses besoins, dans une relation fondée sur la confiance, le respect et la bienveillance.

La prévention occupe une place importante dans ma pratique. Je suis convaincue qu’une bonne prise en charge ne consiste pas uniquement à soigner, mais aussi à prévenir, dépister et accompagner chaque patient au fil du temps.
