Bonjour,


Je suis diplômée d'un Master en psychologie, avec une spécialisation en clinique du langage. Cette option n'étant plus dispensée, je suis la seule psychologue avec cette formation.

J'aide les personnes souffrant de troubles du langage (troubles dys, aphasie, bégaiement, mutisme, etc.) ainsi que leur famille. Exemple : difficultés à communiquer, manque de confiance et d'estime de soi dû à ses troubles, quête identitaire liée au multilinguisme, traumatisme lié à la perte de la parole (mutisme, aphasie, autre), difficulté à accompagner ses proches par rapport au trouble, etc.


Je propose également des séances de thérapie par la marche. Le contenu de la séance est le même mais la consultation a lieu à l'extérieur, dans la Nature, pour profiter de tous ses bienfaits. La première séance a toujours lieu en visio et, lors de cette première consultation, nous discutons de la possibilité de poursuivre avec des balades thérapeutiques (thérapie par la marche).


Etant aussi écrivain, je vous invite à découvrir mes ateliers d'écriture thérapeutique. Seul ou en groupe, nous choisissons un thème sur lequel vous souhaitez travailler et je vous concocte un exercice d'écriture personnalisé. Nous discutons ensuite de la manière dont l'exercice s'est déroulé et ce qu'il en découle.


Mon objectif de vie est de pouvoir aider les autres. Je suis à votre disposition pour vous aider et répondre à vos questions.

    I need a method of coping with anxiety and stress. I come to the point where the brain cannot find the way out and I start having physical problems with stomach issues. I know that everything is connected and I need advice how to deal with it.

    • There are different possibilities to help with anxiety. One of them is called TCC which stands for Cognitive and Comportemental Therapy.
      You could also go see a psychiatrist. He will be able to tell if you need medication.
      There are also numerous kind of things you could do like breathing exercises, soft sports, etc.
      There is also the walk therapy (which I propose). It's when you go see a psychologist but instead of sitting, you are walking outside. This is also great to calm anxiety.
