After a few years of practice, I believe that we offer a better quality of listening and presence to those who are at the interaction of our interests and our clinical experience. This is why I prefer to see adolescents and adults with a strong artistic sensibility, but who suffer from depression, anxiety and eating disorders, which are all invisible vulnerability factors; and I am happy to listen to people who have experienced a history of violence, which impacts their emotional and professional choices as well as their self-esteem.

Master en doctor in de psychologie, erkend klinisch psycholoog en klinisch neuropsycholoog. Mijn verhaal brengt me terug naar 2012, toen ik mijn master klinische psychologie behaalde aan de Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Ik was altijd al geïnteresseerd in de veranderbare aspecten van onze persoonlijkheid. Ik kreeg er de kans om een doctoraat te behalen in de persoonlijkheidspsychologie. Hierdoor heb ik een theoretische expertise opgebouwd in persoonlijkheidsdiagnostiek doorheen de levensloop. Prestaties zichtbaar maken is echter niet waar mijn hart van oplaait. Deze kennis gebruiken om mensen effectief te helpen is waar mijn echte passie ligt. ​ Vanuit mijn interesse voor de invloed van de hersenen op ons gedrag heb ik een postgraduaat klinische neuropsychologie voltooid (VUB, 2020). Deze opleiding zorgde voor verdieping in cognitieve functies die aan de basis liggen van persoonlijkheidseigenschappen en veerkracht, en stelt me bovendien in staat om ook mensen met een neurologische aandoening psychologisch te begeleiden. ​ Sinds 2021 heb ik mijn kabinet als zelfstandig klinisch psycholoog in Gooik en sinds 2022 ook in Moorsel (Aalst) en Ninove. Hier voel ik me op mijn best. Ik krijg energie van mensen te helpen door de ideale omstandigheden te creëren zodat die persoon kan schitteren.

Joignable par téléphone. Après avoir été Coordinatrice d'une institution psychiatrique pendant 10 ans, ma pratique se poursuit essentiellement dans le privé. Diplômée en psychologie à ULB depuis 20 ans, formée en psychothérapie psychanalytique analytique adulte à Chapelle-aux-Champs (UCL) depuis 13 ans, et en formation continue au sein d’une école de psychanalyse, ma pratique professionnelle s’est développée dans des institutions psychiatriques mais aussi dans des services de consultations (Service de Santé Mentale).

Je reçois des adultes et des adolescents pour différentes problématiques:

• le travail

• les relations conflictuelles ( parents, enfants, fratrie, couple,…)

• les addictions (alcool, drogue, nourriture, jeux d’argent, jeux vidéo) • les sentiments de solitude, déprime, tristesse, colère, culpabilité…I • les angoisses, anxiétés, et phobies

• les échecs à répétition ou la répétition des choses

• le deuil, la séparation

• les difficultés associées aux traumatismes survenus suite aux contextes de guerre.

I truly believe that when we assume responsibility over our own emotions and are willing to make changes to feel better, committing to therapy can help us heal and grow. One of my personal strengths for my own work and development, besides my studies in psychology and multiple trainings, has been my psychotherapy process. I could invest on this journey of self- awareness and personal growth a period of four years. With these resources I can kindly give you a hand and accompany you to direct your life in the way that you wish for. Psychologue pour adolescents et adultes, Hypnose conversationnelle (PTR), psychologue du sport et préparation mentale

As a psychologist, my approach is mainly based on individual contact with the person in difficulty, the interview and the in-depth examination of his/her situation and problems. Therapeutic solutions are then discussed with the person. The aim of the therapy is to make the patient aware of the problem(s) as quickly as possible and then to start a therapeutic process. Psychotherapy, support and counselling are exclusively individual. Psychotherapy on the theme of postnatal depression is offered in individual consultation or in group therapy. Discussion groups are offered to adolescents and their parents on the subject of school bullying.

Je suis diplômée en sciences sociales, psychologiques et de l’éducation (filière clinique psychanalytique et systémique), je propose des séances de psychothérapie accessibles aux enfants (à partir de 6ans), aux adolescents et aux adultes. Etant aussi systémicienne, je propose également des séances de thérapie familiale ou conjugale. Je suis psychologue conventionnée PSYNAM. En dehors de mes consultations à Rhisnes, je travaille également comme psychologue dans le service de pédiatrie du CHR de Namur.
