Can thyroid nodules with high Anti-Tg worsen before October scintigraphy?

My thyroid based on an ultrasound has inflammation as well as nodules (2*2 cm and a 1.3*1.3 cm with vascularization and marginal calcification), and two other nodules, all in TIRAD 3-4a. All my values in the blood test are within normal range (with TSH in the lower normal range), except the Anti-Tg which is above 1000 IU/ml. I got a scintigraphy appointment only in October. Can this worsen by then, and what else can I do until that?
