Can I get a mammogram in Belgium without a gynecologist referral as a 45-year-old woman?

I am 45 year old woman who lost both parents to cancer. I had a mammogram done three years ago when I lived in SA. I was supposed to go back for another test as there was dark matter on my one breast, however I moved to Belgium and have forgotten to get another test done. Can I go to a hospital to get it done or do I have to have a referral from a gynecologist? I don’t have any reason to see a gynecologist so would like to avoid paying for a visit.
