Almost 3 year old with swollen neck nodes and negative saliva test during holidays: best approach?

Hello, My son has slight cough and this morning his temperature rose to 38.7 and we gave Dafalgan, till 23:30 we kept on checking there is no temperature. During early morning around 3:22 he is coughing rigorously and we checked the temperature it’s 40.7 and we gave Dafalgan again. He is 4 years old boy and he has previous nature of getting seizures during high temperature. To whom do we need to book an appointment? Also, he used to have ear infection but on March 9th pediatrician from Queen Fabiola checked and confirmed his ears all clear. Do we need to get an immediate check this morning and which specialist will help?
