Discomfort in Right Testicle Without Swelling or Lumps: Causes?

Discomfort in my right testicle. It started yesterday where my right testicle was hurting but the pain wasn't severe nor is there any redness or swelling. I tried self-examination and I didn't notice any lumps. The pain came from the top of the testicle. Today it's not hurting but I do feel a discomfort and an awareness when I sit or walk. Is it just a minor injury or something to be concerned of

    Several reasons can lead to testicular pain; infection, trauma, muscle spams as well as torsion. It is quite challenging to make a proper diagnosis without physical exam and ultrasound. I advise you to seek medical attention, where the needed exams can be done before arriving to conclusions.
