Why am I experiencing watery slippery clear discharge 23 days after unprotected sex with PCOS?

I'm a 25 year old woman. I had sex on 1st day of my period, had minimal penetration with no ejaculation but unprotected and I have PCOS. After 43 hrs of sex I took postinor 2, it's been 23 days of sex and I'm suddenly getting too much watery slippery clear discharge. why so?
