A physiotherapist by training, I like to get involved in patient care and have a global vision of the pathology in order to best adapt the treatment to the specific needs of the patient, whether they are athletic or not. Having always been an athlete, my experience in endurance sports (cycling, ultra distance, mountain biking, triathlon, trail running, running, etc.) has allowed me to better understand the impact of musculoskeletal pathologies on the lives of all people. days. I therefore have a good understanding of the adaptations of sports training depending on the pathology and the technical aspects relating to different sports.

Graduated since 2011 and having worked in rehabilitation centers (including Valida), I am at your disposal in my new KineChris practice fully equipped (including lympha-mat, arthro-mot, US, TENS, ...) for all care: - Traumatology - Neurology - Revalidation and rehabilitation (respiratory, walking, cardiac, ....) - Sports physiotherapy - Respiratory physiotherapy - Lymphatic drainage and pressotherapy I work in collaboration with podiatrists for all foot problems and creation of podiatric insoles.

Diplômée d’un master en kinésithérapie et passionnée par le bien être, en particulier dans le domaine des pathologies féminines, je suis actuellement en cours de spécialisation en uro-gynécologie et gymnastique médicale type « PILATES ».

Mes compétences s’étendent aux troubles musculo-squelettiques, à l’accompagnement post-partum, à la kinésithérapie respiratoire pour adultes, à l’hydrothérapie et à la gériatrie.

I finished my kinetic studies at the HELB in 2021. I had the opportunity to experience different facets of kinesiology. Through my internships, I have worked in the uro-gyneco, vestibular, maxillary, neuro-pediatric spheres as well as in an orthopedic physio practice. During my sessions, I try to transmit my knowledge and my energy to my patients to allow them to understand their pathology and the exercises set up but also to gain motivation over time!

Jeoffrey Fivez has been a professional physiotherapist since 2003. He has over 17 years of experience in his field. Since he finished his studies in physical therapy and rehabilitation at the ISCAM University, the health professional Jeoffrey Fivez has started a rich and exciting career. Indeed, he had to prove himself in many structures including the Saint-Pierre Ottignies hospital. He is specialized in M.D.B. Fasciatherapy, in Sports Kinetics, in Orthopedic and Traumatological Kinetics. Rigorous and very attentive to his patients, physiotherapist Jeoffrey Fivez has already satisfied several patients who would not hesitate to recommend him. During his academic career, he had to write a thesis on the diagnostic and therapeutic value of articular noises of the manducatory apparatus. This allowed him to deepen his knowledge on the subject. I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. I am currently training in manual therapies and I combine all my skills to help you regain or maintain your physical abilities.
