Mon rôle est de vous accompagner dans la compréhension et le soulagement de vos douleurs, en prenant le temps d’écouter votre histoire, vos habitudes de vie et vos besoins ainsi qu’à travers un bilan clinique rigoureux.

Comment se déroule une séance ?

1) Un temps d’échange, d'anamnèse, pour explorer ensemble votre douleur, votre quotidien et vos antécédents.

2) Des tests cliniques pour identifier les zones de tension, d’inflammation ou de lésions.

3) Une thérapie adaptée, suivie de conseils et d’exercices pour prolonger les bénéfices à la maison.
