I propose counseling for individuals, couples and families.
Throughout my experience, I came to realize that most of people’s issues are often related to two major aspects at the heart of human life: relationships and emotions. Whether it concerns family or interpersonal issues, depression, burnout, anxiety, harmful and repetitive thoughts, lack of self-confidence and self-trust, or even difficulties related to grief, sickness and death. It is by exploring together and by working on your way of managing your relationships and your emotions, but also your needs and values, that personal change will come.
This vision is central in my practice and I tend to apply it through active listening, benevolence, support and respect for your uniqueness and personal history. I am always looking to encourage your own thinking, reconnection to your inner self and your resources, all of that in the perspective of your personal development.
My workframe could be qualified as humanistic, existential and systemic and I attach importance to trust, authenticity and simplicity within the therapeutic relationship. Once that bond is shared, I am open to co-create a therapeutic space that will meet your demand, might it be of short or long term.
