Bienveillante et anti régimes restrictifs, mes thématiques principales sont le rééquilibrage alimentaire et la gestion du poids, la diététique thérapeutique (cholestérol, hypertension, hypothyroïdie, troubles digestifs...) ainsi que la santé hormonale et féminine (SOPK, endométriose, fertilité, troubles du cycle...) et la diététique psycho-comportementale (alimentation émotionnelle, compulsions, hyperphagie, TCA...). Je suis également formée en micronutrition. Avant tout, ma mission est d'aider les adultes et jeunes dès 16 ans à trouver leur équilibre et être en bonne santé, tout en se sentant bien dans leur peau. ☀️ Un accès à l’application de suivi Alivio est compris dans l’accompagnement : carnet alimentaire digital, partage de documents sur l'alimentation, suivi des progrès... Ainsi qu’une messagerie instantanée pour me contacter depuis chez vous. Cela me permet de vous offrir un accompagnement complet, personnalisé et sur du long terme, même entre nos consultations.
