J’accompagne les parents d’enfants de 0 à 12 ans qui rencontrent des difficultés du quotidien : crises de colère, opposition, sommeil perturbé, pleurs, manque de coopération, repas difficiles, usage excessif des écrans, conflits dans la fratrie, angoisses, séparation, gestion des devoirs, routines compliquées, manque de confiance en soi (parentale ou de l’enfant), etc…


Mon approche repose sur les principes de la parentalité bienveillante : écouter, comprendre, poser un cadre clair et apporter des solutions concrètes. Dès les premières séances, vous repartez avec des outils pratiques et adaptés à votre famille pour retrouver plus de sérénité à la maison.


Chaque famille est unique : ensemble, nous définissons des objectifs clairs et des petits changements concrets qui font une grande différence au quotidien !
